Thank you to all participants and guests who made the 12Th Annual Father's Day Car Show such a success!!!

The 12th Annual Boyd Father’s Day Car Show was held on June 20th, and was the biggest and best show to date, surpassing  last years amazing turnout!!! With over 600 cars, boats, and bikes,along with over 20,000 spectators , we took City Park by storm and turned it into a family event for all! We would like to thank everyone who came to enjoy the day! Kenny,” The Bluesboss” Wayne, The Proof, Coyote Blue, and our very own Gabrielle Cookson all put on a spectacular show for the crowd. It made for a great family day at City Park, where there was something for everybody.  On behalf of Boyd Autobody & Glass and the Kelowna and West Kelowna Boys & Girls Club, we would would like to thank the City of Kelowna and everyone who made it such a success. We hope to see everyone again next year!!

Boyd Car Show History

Eleven years ago a dream was created... To hold a car show for all those lovers of the hot rods, bikes and road rumbling machines that a boy growing into a man would truly appreciate. This day would be held on no better of day than Fathers Day!

When the car show first started you could look up and down Dayton Street, and it was loaded from Springfield to Dickson Ave with vehicles of all makes and models. There was live music, food and auctions. This event has had such an enormous impact on Kelowna and surrounding areas that it was a must to continue year after year!

Each year getting bigger and bigger we had to move from our Dayton location to the Downtown location “Boyd’ Customs” in 2004, offering more room for vendors, people and of course those cars, trucks, bikes and trikes.

Last year, we staged the 11th Annual Fathers Day Car Show in Kerry Park Downtown. Proceeds went to the Kelowna General Hospital Childrens' Ward. With over 300 Cars and 20,000 spectators, it made it our largest show yet!
