Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I was with Jason's outstanding customer service skills when dealing with me. My husband and I are going on a road trip next week for our vacation and I was told my battery was testing low, so I booked my car in with TreadPro to get a second opinion and to have it replaced if needed be.Jason was awesome and booked me in right away and had a lot of tests done on my car and did determine the battery needed replacing.Derek called me during the day at work to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost and that it would be ready by the end of the day.Jason took me to work and was very professional and friendly. You have taught him well the "Boyd" customer care attitude. I will definitely be bringing my husbands truck to you in the fall as it will need work before he puts it back on the road for the winter.

Just wanted to drop a note regarding the windshield replacement that we had done at the Dayton shop on Tuesday. The entire experience that I had dealing with Boyd Autobody and Glass was extremely positive and a shining example of how customers should be delt with. I needed the work done on our Volvo on very short notice and you and your staff were able to accommodate me and at the same time provide a level of service rarely encountered today. The job was done right the first time, I was treated courteously and professionally from the time I walked into the shop until I picked up the vehicle later in the day; our vehicle was spotless inside and out when we picked it up. I don’t think there was a single thing that could have been done better to improve the service we received.
Please thank you staff for us and we will be please to continue to recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass as the “Okanagan’s Best” to all our family, friends, and associates.

“To everyone who fixed the deer damaged 98’ Dodge Durango”

We had this unfortunate accident while on holiday’s, and being out of town, finding the right body shop became a real ordeal. In our pursuit of a reliable place. We heard a fellow’s nightmare story of his experience with the body shop that fixed his car in Kelowna and wondered if we were going to end up in the same predicament.

Several people recommended Boyd Autobody that was how we decided to give you a try. When the work was completed we went over the vehicle with a “fine tooth comb” and found the quality of repair to be beyond our expectations. You did  an incredible job (better than new) and it is running as if there had never been a problem.
