Guarantee

Windshield and/or back glass replacements are guaranteed against water leakage due to defective material or workmanship as long as the present owner continues to own the vehicle. The guarantee is limited to repair or replacement by an authorized Boyd Autobody & Glass Service installer. Note that any rust in the pinchweld area may void the leakage warranty. Any rust repairs needed are sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Boyd Autobody and Glass Replacement Program is not liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. This guarantee is exclusive an in lieu of all other guarantees.

Windshield Replacements

Your windshield replacement is warranted against air and water leaks, defective materials and/or workmanship for as long as you own your car.

We use the highest quality materials available. The glass is bonded to the body of the vehicle using a urethane adhesive which meets or exceeds Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for glass retention when cured.

Windshield Repairs

If you are not satisfied with the finished chip repair, or the repair fails to stop the break, we will credit the cost of the chip repair towards a new windshield installed by one of our shops.

The windshield repair process involves the injection of special adhesives into the damaged part of the glass. The degree of success of each repair is a function of several variables. The best results are obtained when the damage is recent, the point of impact is small, the cracks around the damaged area are small, and there is no moisture or other foreign matter in the damaged area.
