I want to thank you for the OUTSTANDING service I received recently when I had my 2001 Audi TT repaired at your Dayton location. I expressed to O’Neil how important the quality of repairs to the vehicle was to me. I looked a long time for that particular year of TT with a particular set of options in the “like new” condition. I finally found one in Vancouver in early 2011 and unfortunately someone subsequently backed into the car and did damage to the hood and the front fender.
O’Neil assured me he would personally take car of the vehicle throughout the process and he would keep me informed. He did as promised. I received more than adequate information as my vehicle was being repaired and the car was delivered to me in beautiful condition. O’Neil had arranged to have the car nicely detailed and everything was like new. The repairs seem to have been done with excellence and I am very happy with the outcome.
Actually, the car looks better than before the accident thanks to O’Neil and the crew at Boyd.
I am telling all my TT loving friends that I got it fixed at Boyd and they did a GREAT job.
