Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I was with Jason's outstanding customer service skills when dealing with me. My husband and I are going on a road trip next week for our vacation and I was told my battery was testing low, so I booked my car in with TreadPro to get a second opinion and to have it replaced if needed be.Jason was awesome and booked me in right away and had a lot of tests done on my car and did determine the battery needed replacing.
Derek called me during the day at work to let me know what needed to be done and what it would cost and that it would be ready by the end of the day.Jason took me to work and was very professional and friendly. You have taught him well the "Boyd" customer care attitude. I will definitely be bringing my husbands truck to you in the fall as it will need work before he puts it back on the road for the winter.
