I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your professional assistance on our recent trip through BC when our rear window of our 2000 Honda Odyssey was destroyed.
I am thankful that I remembered we have Boyd’s Autobody and Glass shop here in Brandon and thought to call your shop in Kelowna. Within moments of speaking with you I knew I was dealing with a quality individual who was genuinely interested in getting us back on the road again, and I can’t say enough about the fast and professional manner in which found the correct piece of glass, confirmed it availability, and set up the appointment for the soonest possible.
The service that you and your co-workers supplied was outstanding in every way. Because of Boyd in Kelowna a rather unlucky occurrence became something that brings back good memories of people doing an exceptional job and making a real difference to their customers.
I will certainly be getting any further Autobody or glass work done at my local Boyd shop, and will absolutely be encouraging family, friends, and acquaintances to do so also.
