I thought I would send you a quick email. I am very impressed first with the bumper and second with the detailing of my car. I was very surprised at the quality and time put in to cleaning the car. It made me feel like I was taking home a new vehicle

I want to thank you for the OUTSTANDING service I received recently when I had my 2001 Audi TT repaired at your Dayton location. I expressed to O’Neil how important the quality of repairs to the vehicle was to me. I looked a long time for that particular year of TT with a particular set of options in the “like new” condition. I finally found one in Vancouver in early 2011 and unfortunately someone subsequently backed into the car and did damage to the hood and the front fender.
Thank you, Keith and Boyd’s Automotive for taking care of me and my Lexus in our time of need. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a great auto body and glass shop!

I recently had need to use the services of Boyd Autobody. The reason I chose Boyd was because of the fantastic and friendly service of Martin Jankowiak. From quote, to recommendations, to picking up my vehicle, he was great. In fact, when I mentioned this to the insurance agency staff, they
also noted his great reputation in their office (Co-operators). Please again pass on my thanks - it was great service, and if I ever need autobody work done again you will be the only choice.
Recently, I had the misfortune to have my car rear-ended. On reporting to ICBC, I was given an estimate and a list of body shops to go to for repairs.
On departing ICBC, I noticed Boyd Autobody & Glass because it was on the list of preferred body shops, so I went there. Talk about a bad day turning good.I was greeted as I walked in, referred to Tony, who immediately handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He handled all the paperwork,arranged a replacement vehicle, and sent me on my way.
Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I was with Jason's outstanding customer service skills when dealing with me. My husband and I are going on a road trip next week for our vacation and I was told my battery was testing low, so I booked my car in with TreadPro to get a second opinion and to have it replaced if needed be.Jason was awesome and booked me in right away and had a lot of tests done on my car and did determine the battery needed replacing.
I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your professional assistance on our recent trip through BC when our rear window of our 2000 Honda Odyssey was destroyed.
